2nd Annual PugFest Christmas Party
PugFest Inc proudly welcomes you to the join us at the Genetti Hotel in Williamsport, PA on December 14, 2024 for our Second Annual PugFest Christmas Party! We will have a catered banquet with fundraising activities. Our catering options will be a buffet with available Caesar Salad, Carved Roasted sirloin with Rich Beef Gravy, Italian Sausage with Sauteed Peppers and Onion, Fresh Basil and Marinara, a side of Roasted Lemon Garlic Broccoli, Macaroni & Cheese, and then NY Style Cheesecake for dessert! Cost of reservation is $35 and covers the cost of catering for humans. In addition to the meal options for us humans, the catering chef has graciously offered the option to reserve a catered dish for the dogs! In one of the signature Genetti Hotel Dog Bowls, they will be serving a dish of ground beef, rice, and carrots complete with a dog-friendly peanut butter cookie for dessert! Cost of catering for the dogs will be $10 per dog.
There will also be a Cash Bar there for guests to get a drink of their choice, at additional cost!
But if you don’t want to join us for dinner, you can still come for the rest of the party! Dinner will be from 5 to 7pm, and the rest of the party will start after dinner! You can RSVP at the form below, or register for dinner below that!
Activities will include a Gift Exchange, Photos with Santa, Christmas King & Queen Contest, and a basket fundraiser (we are working out the details, but it will be very similar to last years).
For Gift Exchange: Each Gift should include a gift for both owner and pug! Minimum spend per owner or pug, $10. Maximum spend per owner or pug, $20. Total per gift, $20 to $40. If you are bringing more than one pug to the party, you are not required to bring a gift per dog, but you’re welcome to if it works for you. Participation in the gift exchange is not mandatory, but highly encouraged.
Hotel reservations are available online and by phone. The link for the online reservations will be available on the PugFest Inc Events Facebook Group, and the number to call for reservations is 570-326-6600. Room costs start at $100 + taxes + $25/dog for standard rooms. When calling, remember to inform them that it is for the PugFest Group. If you book by November 15, they will give you half off the pet fee!
